Winemaker Notes
2013 was another nice even harvest at Vineyard 511. Bud break was early due to a dry spring, and the earliness continued through to picking. We harvested 2.7 tons per acre on October 2nd, which was a nice size harvest for our vineyard. This year's wine shows nice bright fruit flavors, balanced out by silky tannins.
